The Positive Vibe Affirmation Cards are a deck of 20 colour-printed cards with various watercolour images and positive affirmations.
The watercolour images were painted by me (except 2 of them, which were painted by Van, my 5-year old :). I then added positive affirmations that resonated with me and had them printed into a tarot-sized deck.
Positive Affirmations have been such a big part of my life these past few years and I absolutely love having this deck that I can use in multiple ways; here are a few:
1. During meditation, pull a card and reflect or repeat that affirmation as you meditate - you can also use your Mala Beads to keep you on track!
2. Pull a card or a few cards at the beginning of the day and repeat and reflect on those affirmations throughout the day.
3. Pull a card before bed and reflect and repeat that affirmation as you fall asleep.
4. Read mindfully through the deck to centre and refocus throughout the day.
5. Choose a card that resonates with you and carry it with you or post it somewhere you can see it.
6. Share and handout the individual cards to others.
7. Use them with your partner, friends, family or business partners where each person pulls a card and then you talk about it and reflect on it together.
In the end there are no right or wrong way to use them, as long as they bring a little light into your life!
