What is the production time?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared prior to shipping. Please note that during sales and/or the Christmas holidays production time may take an extra few days due to the increase in orders.
How do I care for my Sara Kelly Designs jewellery piece?
Mala beads, intentional bracelets and other jewellery items are delicate and should be handled with care. Your jewellery should not be worn in the water or during heavy-perspiration activities. Your jewellery can be gently wiped down with a soft micro-fibre cloth. We recommend cleaning the energy of your piece every so often to dispel stale or stagnant energy. This can be done by placing your pieces in the light of the full moon, by smudging with palo santo or sage, etc.
What sustainability practices do you have in place?
Sustainability is one of our top values. We do not use plastic in any of our shipping or packaging materials. We forgo excess packing materials as much as possible. We source local as much as we can to avoid excess shipping materials and emissions. We offer a local pick-up option to also save on shipping materials and emissions.
How do you calculate your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are based on the weight of the product as determined by Canada Post.
Do you offer local pick-up?
At this time we do not offer pick-up for several logistical reasons.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. Shipping is available Worldwide and we'd love to hear from you to calculate your own personal shipping rate.
May I request a custom design?
We do accept certain custom design requests based on our available time and resources. If you have a specific design in mind, please contact us and we'd love to discuss the possibility of creating a special design just for you.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on products or workshops.
What if my Sara Kelly Designs jewellery breaks?
If your jewellery breaks within 30 days of purchase as a result of a manufacturing defect (and not a personal fault, i.e. dropping it, getting it caught on something, a child breaking it, etc.) please contact us within the 30 days to see if your design qualifies for a complimentary repair (proof of purchase is required).
Jewellery that breaks outside of the 30 days of purchase and/or as a result of personal fault as mentioned above, is not eligible for repair. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
