Did you know that when your Mala breaks, it's the symbol of a cycle being broken? It means that the intentions of that particular Mala have served their purpose for you.
When this happens, we recommend taking some time to reflect inwards: Have you experienced a breakthrough? Have you let go of something that is no longer serving you? Have you had an awakening?
Sometimes it's simply something subtle, a small shift. To complete the cycle we recommend taking the time to reflect inwards and thanking your Mala for serving its purpose.
If you feel that your current Mala still aligns with your intentions, we are happy to restring it for you. The Mala will be repaired to it's original condition (since semiprecious gemstones and crystals are all unique, we will do our best to recreate your Mala) and smudged to reset its energy.

Please include your name, return address, a description of your item and a copy of your order confirmation within the envelope.
Please note: If your jewellery breaks within 30 days of purchase as a result of a manufacturing defect (and not a personal fault, i.e. dropping it, getting it caught on something, your toddler getting a hold of it, etc.) please contact us within the 30 days to see if your Mala qualifies for a complimentary repair (proof of purchase is required).
Jewellery that breaks outside of the 30 days of purchase and/or as a result of personal fault as mentioned above is not eligible for a complimentary repair and we are happy to repair it for a nominal fee.
